The Artisan Cheese Exchange acts as a bridge between America’s finest cheesemakers and their global trading partners by providing supply chain services, coupled with sales and marketing strategies that will ensure the international consumer the freshest, most consistent American artisan cheeses available.
We develop sales and marketing programs in conjunction with our international customers that are designed to support the long-term success of the artisan and specialty cheese assortment they have selected.
We custom design international supply chain services, including export documentation, product consolidation and carrier selection to meet the specific logistic requirements our customers need while meeting the shelf life requirements each cheese demands.
The Artisan Cheese Exchange provides global market feedback to U.S. specialty cheesemakers to further increase the development of new “American Original” artisan cheeses.
